During this period of quarantine, change, and uncertainty, it has never been more important to take care of ourselves and our mental health. We want to share a habit tracker that could help you achieve more structure throughout the month, or simply serve as a fun distraction. You can follow along with the habits we’ve set in the preset tracker, or create your own.

A measurable habit is something quantifiable like tracking your steps, or perhaps you prefer running or biking (distance or time), or how long you sleep everyday. Feel free to customise the gratitude journaling space too, write down your meals, memories, or write about your mood.
